Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and HamroLink ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the HamroLink platform, including all websites, applications, APIs, and services we provide.

By registering an account, accessing the dashboard, or publishing a site through HamroLink, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

HamroLink is a SaaS website builder and business management platform that enables users to:

• Create and publish 1 website per account on a unique subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.hamrolink.com)
• Manage niche-specific operations: e-commerce storefronts (Local Start: 30 products, Business: 80 products, Institution: 200 products), school enrollment systems, consultancy lead pages
• Connect custom domains (Local Start, Business and Institution plans)
• Deploy an AI Chatbot widget on your site (Business: 1,500 msg/mo, Institution: 3,000 msg/mo)
• Send monthly marketing or transactional emails (Free: 50, Local Start: 250, Business: 500, Institution: 1,000 per month)
• Manage events, customer reservations, and notices with per-plan limits
• Generate QR codes for physical marketing
• Access a localized (English & Nepali) management dashboard

Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in Section 4.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create a HamroLink account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us at support@hamrolink.com of any unauthorized access. HamroLink is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain one primary account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

HamroLink offers four subscription tiers:

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (if applicable) in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Plan Limits

Exceeding your plan's limits (pages per site, blog pages, image/file uploads, AI chatbot message limits, product counts) will result in feature restrictions. You will be prompted to upgrade. HamroLink does not automatically charge overages.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, features exceeding the new plan's limits may become inaccessible (but not deleted) until you upgrade again or remove excess content.

You agree not to use HamroLink to:

• Publish illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent sites
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or pyramid schemes
• Harvest personal data from visitors without consent or proper disclosure
• Circumvent the platform's subscription limits through technical means
• Use the AI Chatbot or AI generation features to produce harmful or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Hamrolink's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' sites

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination at HamroLink's sole discretion.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through HamroLink, including website content, product data, images, and enrollment records.

License to HamroLink

By using our platform, you grant HamroLink a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe third-party rights, and includes all necessary disclosures (e.g., cookie notices, privacy policies for your visitors).

Subdomain Content

Content published on your hamrolink.com subdomain is publicly accessible. HamroLink reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By You

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see Refund Policy).

By HamroLink

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will notify you via your registered email address.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline and your content will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days. You should export any important data before cancelling.

Service "As Is"

HamroLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HamroLink's aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HamroLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HamroLink, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
