HamroLink helps you launch and manage one live website per account with tools for content, storefronts, school workflows, and AI-powered support.

What HamroLink does

• Publish a website on a HamroLink subdomain or your own domain

• Create and manage pages with the visual editor

• Run niche-specific flows such as e-commerce, school enrollment, and consultancy lead capture

• Enable the AI Chatbot on supported plans

[!TIP] Start on the Free plan, then upgrade only when you need more pages, storage, chatbot capacity, or a custom domain.

1. Create your account

You can sign up with email/password or Google. New accounts start on the Free plan and can create one site immediately.

2. Create your first site

Go to Dashboard → Create Site and choose a name and subdomain.

• Your site is published on a HamroLink subdomain such as yourbrand.hamrolink.com

• You can then add pages and edit them visually from the dashboard

• Supported site types include general business/portfolio sites, e-commerce, schools, consultancies, and other niche templates shown in the product

[!NOTE] Every current plan includes 1 site per account. If you need to operate a separate brand, you currently need a separate account.

3. Add and publish pages

Create pages from Dashboard → Pages and edit them in the visual editor. Current page limits:

• Free: 5 pages per site

• Local Start: 20 pages per site + 30 blog pages

• Business: 40 pages per site + 100 blog pages

• Institution plans: 100 pages per site + 250 blog pages

4. Storage and uploads

Cloud storage is enforced by plan.

• Free: 250 MB

• Local Start: 1 GB

• Business: 5 GB

• Institution plans: 15 GB

If you hit a storage or content limit, HamroLink restricts the affected feature and prompts you to upgrade. It does not bill overages automatically.

5. Connect a custom domain

Custom domains are available on Local Start, Business, and Institution plans. Add your domain in the dashboard, then follow the DNS values shown there.

In most cases HamroLink will ask you to set:

CNAME    app.hamrolink.com
TXT    _hamrolink-verify.  

Exact values depend on whether you connect the root domain or a subdomain, so always follow the values shown in your dashboard. DNS changes usually take 24 to 48 hours to propagate.

6. Enable the AI Chatbot

The AI Chatbot is available on paid plans with message limits based on your subscription.

• Free: not available

• Local Start: basic chatbot access

• Business: up to 1,500 messages per month

• Institution plans: up to 3,000 messages per month
